Redwood City Recycled Water Project- Production and Delivery of Recycled <br /> Water <br /> Staff contact: Peter Ingram, Director Public Works Services 780-7466 pinqram@redwoodcitV.orq <br /> <br /> Recommendation: <br /> 1. Review principles of the proposed Agreement for Production and Delivery of <br /> Recycled Water ("Agreement") between the South Bayside System Authority <br /> and the City of Redwood City (Staff will provide additional information via a <br /> presentation on the implementation of the Recycled Water Project) <br /> 2. By Motion, request that the South Bayside System Authority Commission <br /> maintain current momentum of preliminary engineering design for Recycled <br /> Water Treatment, Disinfection, Storage and Pumping Facilities at SBSA, <br /> pending completion and approval of the Agreement. <br />8. MATTERS OF COUNCIL INTEREST <br /> A. Legislation (information only) . This sub-section involves possible discussion of <br /> City Position on Proposed Legislation described in the League of California Cities <br /> Priority Focus Bulletin No. 22-2004.
