Based on the facts in the staff report, written and oral testimony, and <br /> exhibits presented, the City Council finds the Zoning Ordinance Amendment to be in the <br /> public interest and in conformance with the General Plan. The text of the Zoning <br /> Ordinance Amendment is attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by <br /> reference. <br /> Section 3. Article 4 and Article 5 of the Redwood City Zoning Ordinance regarding <br /> RH and R-1 Zoning District regulations are hereby repealed and replaced with Article 5 <br /> as shown on the Attached Exhibit A. <br /> Section 4. Article 2 of the Redwood City Zoning Ordinance regarding Definitions <br /> is hereby amended to add the definition of "Average Slope" as shown on the Attached <br /> Exhibit A, and to delete the diagrams at the end of Article 2 and replace them with the <br /> diagrams shown on the Attached Exhibit A. <br /> Section 5. Article 32.3 of the Redwood City Zoning Ordinance regarding <br /> Supplementary Lot Area Requirements for Sloping Sites is hereby amended as shown <br /> on the Attached Exhibit A. <br /> Section 6. Article 45 of the Redwood City Zoning Ordinance regarding <br /> Architectural Permits is hereby repealed and replaced with Article 45 as shown on the <br /> Attached Exhibit A. <br /> Section 7. Article 49 of the Redwood City Zoning Ordinance regarding Public <br /> Notice is hereby repealed and replaced with Article 49 as shown on the Attached Exhibit <br /> A. <br /> Section 8. The City Clerk shall publish this Ordinance in accordance with <br /> applicable law. <br /> Section 9.
