7.1.B. - Page 19 <br /> or State law. <br /> 5.7 Maintenance of Records. Records of animals impounded including the <br /> description of each animal, date of receipt, date and manner of disposal, <br /> treatment received, the name of the person redeeming or adopting the <br /> animal, and the fees, charges and proceeds of adoption shall be <br /> maintained by the County, through the Animal Control Contractor, and <br /> made available to the Cities. In addition, statistical information shall be <br /> provided on a monthly basis to the Cities summarizing various field <br /> enforcement activities occurring in each City and shelter activities <br /> initiated by residents of each City. <br /> 5.8 Term and Termination. Subject to compliance with all terms and <br /> conditions, the term of this Agreement shall be from July 1, 2015 through <br /> June 30, 2020. <br /> Except as otherwise provided by this section, this Agreement may not be <br /> terminated by any party during the effective period from July 1, 2015 <br /> through June 30, 2020. Each City is responsible for its annual <br /> percentage share under this Agreement for the entire term of this <br /> Agreement. <br /> In the event any City fails to pay its percentage share as set forth in this <br /> Agreement and Exhibit B, every other City shall promptly pay its <br /> Proportionate Share of Cost of the non-payment, unless and until the <br /> County is able to recover the non-payment from the late or non-paying <br /> City. <br /> This Agreement shall automatically terminate in the event of termination <br /> of the Animal Control Services Agreement. Upon termination, the <br /> County shall have no further obligation to provide, facilitate or coordinate <br /> services specified herein or in the Animal Control Services Agreement or <br /> Animal Licensing Services Agreement. Each City shall promptly pay its <br /> Proportionate Share of Cost as set forth in Exhibit B for all services <br /> rendered prior to termination. <br /> 5.9 Amendments: Entire Agreement. Amendments to this Agreement <br /> must be in writing and approved by the County Board of Supervisors and <br /> the governing body of each City. This is the entire Agreement between <br /> the Parties and supersedes any prior written or oral agreements <br /> inconsistent herewith. <br /> This Agreement, including the Exhibits which are incorporated herein by <br /> this reference, constitutes the entire Agreement of the Parties to this <br /> Agreement regarding the subject matter of this Agreement, and correctly <br /> states the rights, duties, and obligations of each party as of the Effective <br /> 15IPage February 5 , 2015 <br /> ATTY/AGR/2015.057/SAN MATEO COUNTY-ANIMAL CONTROL SERVICES <br />
