7.1 .B. - Page 37 <br /> employees, to withhold any document or information from any member of <br /> the public. <br /> 27.2 Provide Dangerous or Vicious animal reports prepared by Contractor for <br /> purpose of administrative hearings to the County or City and the animal <br /> owners, and other interested parties so requesting, no less than three days <br /> prior to the scheduled hearing; provided however that Contractor reserves <br /> the right to maintain the confidentiality of any private information as <br /> described in the Services Agreement between County and Animal Control <br /> Contractor (Attachment 1) Section 13 Hold Harmless. <br /> 28. Audit Requirement & Records <br /> Contractor shall annually hire an independent auditor who will conduct a fiscal year <br /> audit of all expenses and revenues and services provided hereunder. The auditor <br /> must document and express an opinion on program revenues, expenses and units <br /> of service and must conduct audit in accordance with generally accepted auditing <br /> standards. The audit report shall also express an opinion regarding compliance with <br /> the financially related terms of the Services Agreement between County and Animal <br /> Control Contractor (Attachment 1) and the requirements and regulations contained <br /> hereunder. The completed written audit and opinions shall be supplied to the <br /> County by December 31st of each calendar year for the previous fiscal year. <br /> Contractor shall maintain books, records, reports and accounts adequate to allow <br /> County and/or the auditor to fully evaluate, assess and audit Contractor's <br /> performance of services and use of contract funds under the Services Agreement <br /> between County and Animal Control Contractor (Attachment 1). <br /> 29. Vaccination Clinics <br /> 29.1 Contractor will hold a minimum of one low cost vaccination clinic per month <br /> at the animal control shelter. <br /> 29.2 County licensing staff will participate at the clinic for no additional payment <br /> to Contractor. <br /> 30. Communications <br /> 30.1 Contractor agrees to report to the City Managers' Group upon request, at a <br /> maximum of quarterly over the term of the Services Agreement between <br /> County and Animal Control Contractor (Attachment 1). <br /> 30.2 Contractor agrees to meet with representatives of Contractor's Board of <br /> Directors and a committee of City and County elected officials upon <br /> request, at a maximum of once a year over the term of the Services <br /> Agreement between County and Animal Control Contractor (Attachment 1). <br /> 331 February 5 , 2015 <br /> ATTY/AGR/2015.057/SAN MATEO COUNTY-ANIMAL CONTROL SERVICES <br />
