7.1.B. - Page 47 <br /> staffing that may result during or after the exhibition or event. Such casts <br /> shall be collected from the permit applicant by City or County as part of the <br /> permit process and then such fee shall be provided to Contractor based on <br /> a fee schedule set by Contractor and approved by the City or County in <br /> which the event is taking place. Contractor agrees to expeditiously review <br /> permits and provide input to the County or City. The provisions of this <br /> paragraph do not apply to public exhibitions and events where the only <br /> animals included in such events are anticipated to be service animals or <br /> police dogs. <br /> 5.3 For budgeting and monitoring purposes, revenue accounts shall be <br /> established for each service and shall be maintained separately by <br /> Contractor. <br /> 6. Use of Contract Revenue <br /> 6.1 All funds paid to Contractor pursuant to this Services Agreement shall be <br /> used by the Contractor to meet its obligations herein. <br /> 6.2 a. Contractor may retain half(50%)of all unspent contract funds with the <br /> written approval of the County and exercise full authority over the use <br /> of its share, if the County determines that the savings by Contractor <br /> have not impacted the quality of services detailed in this contract. <br /> b. Approval from County will follow within 90 days subsequent to County <br /> review of a mutually acceptable Audit Report,defined in Exhibit C, <br /> Section 28 Audit Requirements&Records of this Services <br /> Agreement. <br /> c. Contractor agrees not to use these savings to provide services which <br /> will add on-going costs to services covered by this Services <br /> Agreement without written County approval. <br /> d. This paragraph shall not apply to cost savings resulting from <br /> decreased levels of service due to changes in County or State law as <br /> provided by Section 7 Cost Overruns of this Services Agreement. <br /> 7. Cost Overruns <br /> 7.1 During any fiscal year of this Services Agreement, if the costs necessary <br /> and incidental to Contractor's provision of services hereunder are greater <br /> than could have been reasonably anticipated, Parties hereto shall meet <br /> to discuss what steps should be taken.
