7.1.B. - Page 49 <br /> a.Contractor responds to Priority 1 Calls within 60 minutes of receipt of <br /> the call. Target=90% <br /> For the purpose of this subsection,"responds"is defined as arriving <br /> on-scene. <br /> b. Contractor shall not release any impounded animals unless the owner <br /> of such animal,or another individual with express written or verbal <br /> authority to represent the owner,appears at the Contractor's facility, <br /> and pays relevant impoundment, emergency medical treatment, <br /> and/or licensing/permit fees to redeem said animal. Target=100% <br /> c. Number of pets receiving a rabies vaccination by Contractor. <br /> Target a 10%total increase of animals receiving rabies vaccinations <br /> by using the baseline of FY 2014-15,with a 10% increase for each <br /> consecutive year throughout the term of this Services Agreement. <br /> d. All legally required vaccinations will be verified as up-to-date or given <br /> to any domestic animal that comes into the Contractor's possession <br /> prior to being released back into the community unless Contractor's <br /> veterinarian determines said animal has a serious medical condition <br /> that by giving the vaccination would risk the animal's health or well- <br /> being. Target= 100% <br /> 8.2 If requested, Contractor shall meet annually with the County and City <br /> representatives to develop performance measures that are valid, reliable, <br /> and supported by accessible data to be used to evaluate the level and <br /> quality of service provided by Contractor. <br /> 9. Term and Termination <br /> 9.1 Services Agreement. Subject to compliance with all terms and <br /> conditions, the term of this Services Agreement shall be from July 1, <br /> 2015,through June 30,2020. <br /> In the event of termination, all finished or unfinished documents, data, <br /> studies, maps, photographs, reports, and materials(hereafter referred to <br /> as materials) prepared by Contractor under this Services Agreement <br /> shall become the property of County and shall be promptly delivered to <br /> County. Upon termination, Contractor may make and retain a copy of <br /> such materials.
