EXHIBIT"A" <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> Consultant will prepare a summary Appraisal Report valuing the Fair Market Rent for the <br /> kiosk presently leased to Froyola LLC, dba Froyola Yogurt, located at Lease Area 2A, 2206 <br /> Broadway, Redwood City. <br /> The leased property and the terms of the lease are defined in the Lease Agreement dated <br /> March 1, 2010 and the Amendment No. 1 to the Lease Agreement dated May 5, 2011, by <br /> and between the Successor Agency of the City of Redwood City and Froyola LLC.
