Question: Your hold harmless language (Section 10} has completely changed since the last bid. Can you change this language to how you had it last time as that is what my legal already approved? a. nswer: Section 10 will not be modified due to the fact that we have used Redwood City's Standard Language. 2. Question: My understanding is that this is public record; where can I find a copy of the winning bid from the original July NIB? a. Answer:Due to the fact that the previous bid process was completely rejected and dropped there is no winning bid or contract from July. That being said, we see no reason that any information from that process should not be shared. Let me know what you need. 3. Questfon: How can I submit some verbiage changes that my legal department would like to add/delete? a. Answer.Please submit any changes/requests in writing to this email. 4. Question: What are the parameters of the City's"Zero Waste Program?" a. Answer:City Of Redwood City"Climate Action Plan"is located on our web site at www.redwoodcity.orq 5. Questlon: Would you like"Uniform Advantage"cost included in the"unit rate"of the garment? a.
