If the project were located in an historic district, then the project would be evaluated for its <br /> compatibility with the district using design guidelines for the historic districts, if any were <br /> established, or for its compatibility with the character-defining features of the district. In such <br /> cases, the form,massing, scale, and other factors of the project would be evaluated for <br /> consistency with the distinct. Because this area on both sides of El Camino Real where the <br /> project is located is not an historic district, these elements of compatibility do not apply from a <br /> historic preservation aspect. <br /> Findings <br /> • The project meets the Downtown Precise Plan's Standards and Guidelines for 1322 El <br /> Camino Real. <br /> • The project will not affect the historic integrity of 1322 El Camino Real. <br /> • The project is not located in a designated or potential historic district. <br /> Conclusion <br /> The project has no impact on the significance of the historical resources at 1322 El Camino Real <br /> and will not have a substantial adverse change under CEQA. The historic property will still be <br /> eligible for listing on the California Register of Historical Resources after completion of the <br /> Project. <br /> 22 <br />
