04/13/2015 <br /> 7.3.A. - Page 13 <br /> 1606 Middlefield Road Relocation Plan <br /> 8. Making relocation benefit payments in accordance with the <br /> Guidelines, where applicable; <br /> 9. Informing all persons subject to displacement of the City's policies <br /> with regard to eviction and property management; and, <br /> 10. Establishing and maintaining a formal grievance procedure for use <br /> by displaced persons seeking administrative review of the City's <br /> decisions with respect to relocation assistance. <br /> Because of the nature of a permanent displacement, the following services will <br /> be provided to the households in addition to those outlined above: <br /> 1. Providing an adequate number of referrals to assure the tenants <br /> find appropriate housing. <br /> 2. Providing current and continuously updated information concerning <br /> replacement housing opportunities. <br /> G. CITIZEN PARTICIPATION <br /> Copies of this Plan will be provided to the project property occupants to promote <br /> review and participation. <br /> The City will ensure the following: <br /> 1. Full and timely access to documents relevant to the relocation <br /> program; <br /> 2. Provision of technical assistance necessary to interpret elements of <br /> the relocation program and other pertinent materials; <br /> 3. Provision of a general notice of this Plan to all displacees of the <br /> proposed project.
