04/13/2015 <br /> WHEREAS, the proposed action to adopt the 1606 Middlefield Road Relocation <br /> Plan is exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act <br /> (CEQA) in that it is not a project which has the potential for causing a significant effect <br /> on the environment, as described under Title 14 of the California Code of Regulations, <br /> Section 15061(b)(3). <br /> NOW THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. All evidence presented has been duly considered, including the findings, <br /> and the environmental determination, regarding this action as stated in the staff report <br /> accompanying this resolution. <br /> 2. That certain Relocation Plan entitled "1606 Middlefield Road Relocation <br /> Plan," attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by this reference, is <br /> hereby adopted, and the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute any and all <br /> related documents and issue relocation benefits pursuant to the adopted Relocation <br /> Plan. <br /> ATTY/RESO.3064/CC RESO ADOPTING RELOCATION PLAN RESO. 15397 <br /> FOR 1606 MIDDLEFIELD RD MUFF#609 <br /> REV:03-03-15 VR <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br />
