Agreement for Third Party Administrator (TPA) to Provide Workers' <br /> Compensation Administration Services <br /> Staff contact: Felicia Ruiz, Principal Analyst 780-7279 fruiz @redwoodcity.org <br /> Recommendation: <br /> By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a three-year <br /> term agreement in an amount up to $1,063,375 with York Risk Services <br /> Group, Inc. to act as Third-Party Administrator for the City's self-insured <br /> workers' compensation program effective July 1 , 2015 through June 30, <br /> 2018; and authorize City Manager to extend the agreement by two additional <br /> one-year terms in an amount not to exceed $380,000 per year. <br /> D.
