7.1.F. - Page 23 EXHIBIT B — PAYMENTS AND RATES CITY OF REDWOOD CITY SERVING AS FISCAL AGENT FOR REDWOOD CITY 2020 JULY 1, 2015—JUNE 30, 2017 In consideration of the services provided by Contractor in Exhibit "A", County shall pay City, as fiscal agent for Contractor, as follows: PAYMENTS In full consideration of the services provided by Contractor and subject to the provisions of Paragraph 3 ("Payments") of this Agreement, County shall pay to City, as fiscal agent for Contractor, in the manner described below, except that any and all payments shall be subject to the conditions contained in this Agreement. City, as fiscal agent for Contractor, shall receive monthly payments as outlined below, upon timely submission of reports as outlined in the AOD Provider Handbook. A. Maximum Obligation In full consideration of the services provided by Contractor and subject to the provisions of Paragraph 3 ("Payments") of this Agreement, County shall pay Contractor in the manner described below, except that any and all payments shall be subject to the conditions contained in this Agreement. Contractor shall receive monthly payments as outlined below, upon timely submission of reports as outlined in the AOD Provider Handbook. In any event, the maximum amount County shall be obligated to pay for all services rendered under this contract shall not exceed THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS ($300,000). B. Community-Based Partnership 1.. For the term July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016, County shall be obligated to pay City, as fiscal agent for a Contractor, a maximum of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($150,000). Unless otherwise authorized by the Chief of the Health System or designee, the rate of monthly payment by the County to City, as fiscal agent for Contractor, shall be one- twelfth (1/12th) of the maximum amount per month or TWELVE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($12,500).
