You have shown to the City's <br /> satisfaction that the proposed cost for design, purchase and/or installation of an <br /> Automatic Sprinkler System for your Eligible Building specified herein is reasonable and <br /> eligible for reimbursement through a Program Loan in the amount stated herein. <br /> This Letter, if countersigned and returned by you within five (5) business days from <br /> the date of this Letter, constitutes your assurance that Program Loan Funds will be <br /> reserved for your Program Loan in the amount and until the Program Loan Commitment <br /> Expiration Date specified herein.
