Council may want to consider the following key <br /> questions: <br /> • Affordability ratio- Does Council expect a 100% affordable housing project or <br /> would a mixed-income development, including market-rate units, be appropriate <br /> if additional community improvements could be achieved? <br /> • Community improvements- beyond those suggested in this staff report, are there <br /> others that Council expects to be included as mandatory or suggested <br /> community improvements? <br />
