Award of Contract - Fair Oaks Community Center HVAC Replacement <br />Project <br /> <br /> Staff contact: Harris Siddiqui, Assistant Engineer II 780-7362 hsiddiqui@redwoocity.org <br /> <br /> Recommendation: <br /> By motion, approve the contract documents and award the standard form <br />contract for the Fair Oaks Community Center HVAC Replacement Project to <br />Greentech Industry, Inc. of Oakland, CA for their responsive and responsible <br />low base bid of $162,000.00 and authorize the City Manager to increase the <br />contract amount, if necessary, up to 10% of the amount awarded. <br /> <br /> C.
