Another Council Member said she is looking for "coalition building" and looking at the <br /> broader "landscape". <br /> Vice Mayor Foust thanked Mayor Gee for the Council of Cities event at the Fox Theatre <br /> and for his theme "Entertainment, Arts and Culture" and she thought it was a great <br /> program. She thought all the elected officials had a great time, and she thanked the City <br /> Manager and City Clerk Departments for planning this event. She said the next day the <br /> Lunar New Year festival was a total success and the County History Museum was free <br /> and many enjoyed this great celebration. <br /> Council Member Pierce said that BAWSCA (Bay Area Water Supply & Conservation <br /> Agency) has finished its Long Term Reliable Water Supply Plan through 2040 and she <br /> is impressed with it. <br /> Council Member Aguirre said that last Saturday the North Fair Oaks Youth Initiative had <br /> an elected official's day in the Council Chambers and Mayor Gee was present, and <br /> Warren Slocum, was also in attendance and they tackled the issue of Housing. Mayor <br /> Gee agreed that it was great seeing the youth in action. <br /> Mayor Gee also mentioned that the cranes will go away but the Entertainment, Arts and <br /> Culture will stay and he thanked the City Clerk and City Manager teams for supporting <br /> this event. Mayor Gee is also planning for two State of the City Addresses and two <br /> Town Hall meetings. He also said that the Sequoia Awards was a huge success and he <br /> also participated and was in the San Francisco Chinese New Year parade and he had a <br /> great time. <br /> B. City Council Committee Reports <br /> C. City Manager (Oral) Update - There were no updates. <br /> D. City Attorney Report from Closed Session - None. <br /> 11.
