Any violation of Fire Code Section <br />903.2.13(e) including maintaining a property with an Automatic Sprinkler Systems, shall <br />constitute a public nuisance and, in addition to being subject to any other remedies <br />allowed by law, may be abated as provided for by law. <br /> <br />Section 8. If any section, paragraph, sentence or word of this ordinance or of <br />the Code hereby adopted should for any reason, be found invalid, it is intended that all <br />other portions of this ordinance independent of any such portion as may be declared <br />invalid shall be valid. <br />Section 9. This adoption of this ordinance is categorically exempt from CEQA <br />pursuant to Section 15061(b) (3), as it is not a project which has the potential for causing <br />a significant effect on the environment. <br /> <br />Section 10.
