June 30, 2016 <br /> • Supervise updates of website, work <br /> plan and CDE documents. <br /> • Attend CCPC meetings and take <br /> minutes. <br /> CCPC Strategic Plan • Work with Coordinator, Co-Chairs and July 2015 — <br /> ad hoc Strategic Plan Committee to June 2016 <br /> complete new Strategic Plan and to <br /> support new CCPC committee <br /> structure and work plans for 2015-16. <br /> CCPC Member and • Support committee work as needed. Sept 2015 — <br /> Committee Support . Work with Coordinator to recruit new June 2016 <br /> members; conduct new member <br /> orientation. <br /> CCPC Business • Assist Coordinator with CDE required Sept 2015 — <br /> reports and mandates. June 2016 <br /> AB 1326 Pilot • Support Coordinators work with pilot Sept 2015 — <br /> contractors for 2015-16. June 2016 <br /> AB 212 • Support Coordinator with AB 212 July 2015 — <br /> applications and year-end assessment June 2016 <br /> as needed. <br /> Facilities Work • Co-Chair the CCPC Facility July 2015 — <br /> Committee. Oversee the June 2016 <br /> development of the Facility Needs <br /> Assessment and the Facility Check <br /> List. Take the lead on advocacy for <br /> high quality ECE facilities. <br /> Agreement RWC CCPC 7/1/15-6/30/16 <br />
