3. Section XIII of the Agreement shall be revised to reflect the following notice <br />provisions for Consultant: <br />Notices to Consultant shall be delivered to: <br />Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc. <br />8125 Sedgwick Way <br />Memphis, Tennessee 38125 <br />Attn: General Counsel Americas <br />4. All other provisions of the Agreement will remain unchanged, and in full <br />force and effect. Any conflicts between this Amendment No. 3 and the original Agreement, <br />including any prior executed amendments, shall be superseded by the terms provided <br />herein. <br />5. All requisite insurance policies to be maintained by Consultant pursuant to <br />the Agreement will include coverage for this Amendment. <br />6.
