<br /> miscellaneous supplies, and other incidental project expenses.

<br /> Yost reproduction efforts, as well as Engineering Supplies, Travel, etc. will be
<br /> billed at actual cost plus 15%.
<br /> • Mileage will be billed at the current Federal Rate.
<br /> • Subconsultants will be billed at actual cost plus 10%.
