06/08/2015 � <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 15411 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY ACCEPTING <br /> THE TRANSPORTATION IMPACT FEE ACCOUNT REPORT FOR <br /> FISCAL YEARS 2006-07, 2007-08, 2008-09, 2009-10, 2010-11, <br /> 2011-12, 2012-13, and 2013-14 AND MAKING FINDINGS AS <br /> REQUIRED BY THE MITIGATION FEE ACT <br /> WHEREAS, Article XV (commencing with Section 18.244) of the Code of <br /> the City of Redwood City authorizes imposition of transportation impact fees for <br /> new development in the City (the "Transportation Impact Fee Ordinance"); and <br /> WHEREAS, on April 3, 2000, a duly noticed public hearing was held by <br /> this Council on the question of approval of such fees and projects to be funded <br /> thereby and on April 24, 2000 the Council approved the imposition of such fees <br /> (Transportation Impact Fee); and <br /> WHEREAS, Government Code section 66006 requires the City to make <br /> certain information available to the public regarding development impact fees <br /> such as the Transportation Impact Fee; and <br /> WHEREAS, Government Code Section 66001(d) requires the City to <br /> make certain findings regarding unexpended development impact fees every five <br /> years; and <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Code Sections 66006 and 66001(d), <br /> on January 9, 2006, this Council adopted a resolution approving the <br /> Transportation Impact Fee Account Report for Fiscal Year 2004-05, and making <br /> the findings as required; and <br /> ATTY/RES0.3088/CC RESO TRAFFIC IMPACT MITIGATION FEE RE50.#15411 <br /> REV:05-19-15 VR MUFF#702 <br /> Page i of 5 <br />
