This reasonable relationship remains <br /> befinreen the current need for the Fee and the purpose for which it was <br /> originally collected; <br /> (c) The City has established a separate fund to account for fees <br /> to finance the implementation of transportation improvements identified in <br /> the 2000 Study as mitigation measures for continued development within <br /> the City, as documented in the financial account statements included in <br /> the Account Report. The City's adopted General Plan identified <br /> transportation improvements to mitigate measures for continued <br /> development in the City. Transportation Impact Fees collected previously <br /> and in the future are necessary to fund the transportation improvements. <br /> The overall total year-end balance for Fiscal Year 2013-14 in the <br /> Transportation Impact Fee account is $9,473,990.
