ENGINEER'S REPORT <br /> SEAPORT CENTRE MAINTENANCE DISTRICT <br /> CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> Saber Sarwary, acting in the capacity of Assessment Engineer for the Seaport Centre <br /> Maintenance District, City of Redwood City, makes this report, as directed by the City Council <br /> pursuant to Article XIII D, Section 4 (b) of the California Constitution. <br /> The public improvements which are the subject of this report include levees, storm drain <br /> system, water system, and sanitary system situated in the Seaport Centre development. This <br /> development is shown on the subdivision map entitled "SEAPORT CENTRE SUBDIVISION OF <br /> PARCEL A "AMENDED MAP" OF PARCEL MAP NO. 82-1", which map was filed for record in <br /> the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo on August 31, 1984 at Volume <br /> 112 of Subdivision Maps at Pages 4, 5, and 6. The improvements are further described in <br /> Resolution No. 9859, entitled "A Resolution Ordering the Formation of Seaport Centre <br /> Maintenance District, and Ordering that the Alternative Method for the Levy of Benefit <br /> Assessments Be Made Applicable to Said Maintenance District" adopted by the City Council of <br /> the City of Redwood City on April 22, 1985. <br /> Annual levies, representing unpaid annual maintenance assessments shall be levied <br /> against parcels within the Seaport Centre Maintenance District that receive specific benefit from <br /> such improvements. It is determined that all the benefits served by this Maintenance District <br /> are specific to the property owners within the District. No general benefit is identified. <br /> This report includes the following attached exhibits: <br /> Exhibit "A" "Seaport Centre Maintenance District Areas of Public Improvement Requiring <br /> Maintenance", a map depicting the area to be maintained by the District. <br /> Exhibit "B" "General Description of Improvements and Required Maintenance — Seaport <br /> Centre Maintenance District". <br /> Exhibit "C" "Method of Assessment Spread — Seaport Centre Maintenance District". <br /> Exhibit "D" "Annual Maintenance Budget" <br /> Exhibit "E" Assessment Roll showing property owner names, parcel numbers and amount of <br /> assessment for each parcel. <br /> Exhibit "F" Boundary Map. <br /> Respectfully Submitted <br /> SABER SARWARY <br /> Assessment Engineer <br /> R.E. #C53617 <br /> Community Development Department <br /> City of Redwood City <br /> 2 <br />
