06/08/2015 <br /> (e) The City Clerk is directed to give notice of the Public Hearing pursuant to <br /> Section 18.108 of the Ordinance. The City Clerk is also directed to conduct a mail- <br /> ballot assessment proceeding (and give associated mailed notice) as required by Article <br /> XIII D, Section 4 with respect to the extension of the Annual Assessment. <br /> (f) If there is no majority protest pursuant to Section 18.138 of the Ordinance <br /> and there is no majority protest pursuant to Article XIII D, Section 4 against the <br /> extension of the Annual Assessment, then it is the intent of the City Council that the <br /> City Council will order the the Fiscal Year 2015-16 levy of the Annual Assessment <br /> following the close of the Public Hearing.
