WHEREAS , the Applicant hired Archives & Architecture, LLC , a qualified <br /> Architectural Historian listed on the City's list of Qualified Historical Consultants, to analyze <br /> potential impacts to the historic resource on the project site at 2215 Broadway (The Fox <br /> Theatre), and the five adjacent historic resources located at 2200 Broadway, 2201 <br /> Broadway, 2227 Broadway, 2301 -2303 Broadway, and 2317 Broadway, which immediately <br /> abut the project site ; and <br /> WHEREAS , on April 15 , 2015 , the HRAC conducted a study session to review the <br /> preliminary historian report prepared by Archives & Architecture , LLC and the conceptual <br /> plans, along with other associated project materials, and provided feedback on the report <br /> and the Project's general compliance with the historic resource preservation standards <br /> and guidelines of the DTPP; and <br /> WHEREAS, on June 11 , 2015 , the Applicant submitted a revised historian report <br /> and project plans that incorporated the feedback and direction of the HRAC; and <br /> WHEREAS, the revised historian report, dated May 20 , 2015 , finds that the Project <br /> is consistent with the Secretary of the Interior Standards for Rehabilitation of a historic <br /> resource as shown in Exhibit A; and <br /> WHEREAS , the revised historian report, dated May 20, 2015 , also finds that the <br /> Project is consistent with the Secretary's Standards for the Treatment of Historic <br /> Properties, Standard 9, as shown in Exhibit A; and <br /> WHEREAS , the revised historian report, dated May 20 , 2015, also finds that the <br /> Project is consistent with applicable Downtown Precise Plan Standards and Guidelines <br /> pertaining to historic preservation as shown in Exhibit A, and that the Project will not have <br /> an adverse effect on a historic resource because the project meets the Secretary of the <br /> Interior's Standards and the DTPP's standards and guidelines for rehabilitation and <br /> adjacent new construction , with the recommendation that the Fox Theatre loading dock and <br /> dressing-room wing be photographically documented in its current form prior to <br /> rehabilitation ; and <br /> WHEREAS , on June 11 , 2015 , the HRAC conducted a duly-noticed public meeting , <br /> in accordance with all applicable requirements of State Law to consider the final <br /> historian report prepared by Archives & Architecture, LLC , along with other associated <br /> project materials. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HISTORIC RESOURCES <br /> ADVISORY COMMITTEE AS FOLLOWS : <br /> ATTY/RESO.3090/HRAC RESO — 815 HAMILTON <br /> REV: 06-02-15 VR <br /> Page 2 of 12 <br />
