EXHIBIT"A" <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES 8 BUDGET <br /> Consultant will serve as an interchange design expert, covering traffic operations and pedestrian & <br /> bicycle design, for the value analysis study of the 101/SR 84(Woodside Road) Interchange <br /> Improvement Project. Consultant shall be an active participant on the value analysis team. The value <br /> analysis stud�r will take place at Caltrans' District 4 offices in Oakland, CA the week of June 8th(June <br /> 8tn_June 12 , inclusive). <br /> Active participation includes: <br /> • Review of project materials in advance of the Value Analysis study, as provided <br /> • Attendance at all Value Analysis study meetings <br /> • Provide constructive feedback and engage in discussion on interchange design and <br /> alternatives <br /> • Review and comment on items generated during the Value Analysis work, if needed <br /> Compensation for ConsultanYs services shall not exceed $10,000. <br /> Hourly rate schedule: <br /> • Terry Klim $250/hour <br /> No expenses may be charged. <br /> Agreement under$10K 5 <br /> City Attorney Approved Version 12-18-13 <br />
