AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AMEND AGREEMENT FOR BUSINESS LICENSE <br />COMPLIANCE AND REVENUE ENHANCEMENT SERVICES <br />(MuniServices, LLC) <br />Th' Amendment No. 1 is entered into and effective as of the _ day of <br />201amending the agreement dated July 16, 2015 (the "Agreement') <br />by an <br />en d b ethe City of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal corporation of <br />the State of California ("City"), and MuniServices, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability <br />Company ("Consultant') (collectively, the `Parties") for professional services. <br />RECITALS <br />A. On July 16, 2015, the Parties entered into an agreement to provide Business <br />License Compliance and Revenue Enhancement Services; and <br />B. The initial term of the agreement was for a three-year (3) period with the option to <br />extend the term for two (2) additional one-year (1) year periods thereafter. <br />C. The Parties have extended and continued providing and paying for services from <br />July 16, 2018 under a verbal understanding and agreement. <br />D. The Parties desire to memorialize that extension as set forth in this Amendment <br />No.1. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants <br />contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br />The term of the Agreement as set forth in Section 3 thereof is hereby extended <br />for an additional one-year period through July 15, 2019. <br />2.
