Approve the construction contract documents and award the standard <br />form contract 00520 for the Farm Hill Boulevard & Jefferson Avenue Signing <br />and Striping Project to Bayside Stripe & Seal of Petaluma, for their <br />responsive and responsible low bid of $161,816.60 and authorize the City <br />Manager to execute the contract and increase the contract amount, if <br />necessary, up to 10% of the amount awarded. <br />3. Confirm the determination that the Project is exempt from the <br />provisions of CEQA (California Environmental Quality Act). <br /> <br /> D.
