Contractor wi(I not be obligafed to <br /> enforc� ardinartce changes which are contrary to its mission and purpose. <br /> Provided the amendments are not cantrary to Contractor's mission and <br /> purpase, Parties shall negotiate in good faith regarding Contractor's <br /> enforcement of the amendments. Should such amendments resuit in <br /> significantly increased costs to Contractor, the Parties agree to negotiate <br /> 'tn gooci faith, appropriate reimbursement, as provided by Sectian 7 Cost <br /> Overruns af this Seniices Agreement. <br /> 3.3 Radios. County shall maintain County-owned radio equipment. <br /> 3.4 Dispatch. County shall provide radio dispatching to Contractor be#ween <br /> the hours of 6:pOprr� and 8:OOam Monday through �riday and S:OOpm and <br /> 8:OQam Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays.
