At such time, County v,rill provide Con#ractor v,rith 90 <br /> days wriften notice to, and Gontractor shall within that 90 days, vacate <br /> the existing facility uniess both parties agree to an extension. <br /> 10. Neqotiated Ac�reemenfi <br /> Parties acknowledge and agree fhaf this Services Agreement was reduced to writing by <br /> County solely for tlze convenience of fhe Parties and that neither party is to be considered <br /> the dra#ter af th€s Services Agreement for the purposes of construction or interpretation of <br /> said Services Agreement Qr any ambiguity herein.
