The compieted written audit and opinions shall be <br /> suppiied to the County by December 31gt of each calendar year for the previous <br /> fiscai year. Gontractor shall maintain baoks, records, reports and accounts <br /> adequate to aliow County andlor the audifor to fully evaluate, assess and audit ' <br /> Contractor's perFormance of services and use of confract funds under this Services <br /> - Agreement. : <br /> 29. Vaccination Clinics ' <br /> 29.1 Contrac#or wili hald a minimum af one low cost vaccination clinic per manth <br /> at the animai control shelter. <br /> 29.2 Coitnty licensing staff wi(1 particip�te at the cfinic for no addifional payment <br /> to Contractor. <br /> 30. Communications <br /> 30.1 Contractdr agrees to re�art to the City Managers' Group upon request, at a <br /> maximum of quarterly over the term of this Services Agreement, <br /> 30.2 Contractor agrees to meet with repres�ntatives of Contracfor's Board of <br /> Directors and a committee of City and County elected ot'ficials upon <br /> regues#, at a maximum of once a year over the term of this Services <br /> Agreement. <br /> 31. Excluded Services � <br /> 31.1 Enforcement of regulatians regarding the number of animals per <br /> househoid. <br /> 31.2 Ramoval and/or dis�osal of dead marine animals. <br /> 39.3 Pick up of baby birds. <br /> 31.4 Pick itp of dead animals (deer, wiidiife ar domestic) from freeways or <br /> highways (1, 35 {Skyl�ne Blvd.), 82 (EI Gamino Real), 84 (Waodside <br /> Road), 92, 101, 1Q9, 114, 230, 28D, 380}.
