Contracior has <br /> no authbrity to negdtiate, waive, or retain fees. However, where fai{ur�to provide the <br /> service would resuit in a confiict to the Contractor's mission and purpose as a <br /> humane society for the prevenfion of cru�lty to animals, and/or where effor�s to <br /> coilecf fees would, in Contractor's estimatian, potent1a11y jeopardize safety of its <br /> staff, voiunteers'or facilities, County �grees #o provide collec#ion services for said '; <br /> fees.
