Exhibit E <br />Payments and Rates <br />In consideration of the services provided by Contractor in Exhibit C & D and subject to the <br />terms of this Services Agreement: <br />1. County shall pay Contractor in twelve (12) equal monthly installments the annual amount <br />of: <br />Fiscal Year and Amount <br />2015-16 $5,944,135 <br />2016-17 $6,122,459 <br />2017-18 $6,275,521 <br />2018-19 $6,463,786 <br />2019-20 $6,625,381 <br />2020-21 $6,625,381 <br />2. Contractor shall pay County in twelve (12) monthly payments all fees collected for services <br />provided in Exhibit C and outlined in Exhibit D. <br />27 <br />
