REV: 06-23-2021 MI <br />Exhibit “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />The scope of work for Consultant, providing on-call environmental services, will remain <br />essentially unchanged. The City shall prepare a scope of work for each individual project <br />request. The scope shall include a list of required tasks and time frame for deliverables. <br />Typically, the tasks will include review of project information, evaluation of potential <br />environmental impacts, and preparation of required CEQA documents. Attendance at <br />public meetings or other tasks will be requested on a case-by-case basis. <br />Scopes for individual projects shall be sent to the Consultant with a deadline for response. <br />In the response, the Consultant will include the staff resources they can commit to the <br />project, estimated timeline and cost for provision of services. <br />The City will evaluate that proposal, and, if it chooses, accept the proposal and initiate <br />work. Prior to the start of work on Services, the City and Consultant shall establish specific <br />performance measures and expectations to the satisfaction of the City <br />Cost for total services provided under the Agreement cannot exceed $761,740 without <br />express authorization from City Council. <br />This amendment shall include the preparation of CEQA documentation for the project at <br />505 E. Bayshore Road. The consultant is currently preparing CEQA document for the <br />project at 557 E. Bayshore Road. <br />Budget Amendment: <br />An amendment to the Agreement is needed to allow for the preparation of CEQA <br />documentation for the project at 505 E. Bayshore Road.
