maintain, use, supervise, or regulate the premises in a safe manner, or by any act or <br /> omission of User or of any of User's officers, employees, agents, guests, or invitees, or <br /> arising from any other cause whatsoever, and User hereby waives on its behalf all <br /> claims and demands against City, its officers and employees for any such loss, damage <br /> or injury of User. User hereby agrees to indemnify and save, defend and hold City, its <br /> officers, officials, agents and employees free and harmless from any liability for any <br /> loss, damage or injury to persons or property, and from all costs, expenses and other <br /> charges arising from User's use of the facility in connection with this Agreement. <br /> 13. User agrees that any and all of its officers, employees, agents or other <br /> personnel that may utilize the facility are in no way employees of the City of Redwood <br /> City.
