<br /> Masters/Team Sheeper, P.O. Box 546, Menlo Park, CA 94026 and mailed or delivered <br /> to Permittee at said address. This Permit can be terminated by City, for cause, <br /> immediately upon written notice by the Director of Parks and Recreation. <br /> This Permit can be terminated without cause at any time at the will of Permittee, <br /> effective upon giving not less than thirty (30) days' prior written notice. This Permit may <br /> be extended in writing by Permittee and by the Director of Parks and Recreation. All <br /> written notices to the City shall be addressed to: City Manager, City of Redwood City, P. <br /> O. Box 391, Redwood City, CA 94064-0391, with copy to the Director of Parks and <br /> Recreation at the same address. <br /> 3. City's Access. City reserves the right to unlimited access to the Facilities or <br /> any part thereof for municipal purposes, including but not limited to, the performance of <br /> maintenance and repairs of any and all structures or public improvements, if any, <br /> heretofore or hereafter installed and/or constructed in or upon the Facilities, the <br /> inspection of the Facilities, the use, maintenance, repair of adjoining areas or for any <br /> other purpose in furtherance of City's use of the Facilities. Notwithstanding the <br /> foregoing, City shall extend reasonable efforts not to interfere with Permittee's use and <br /> occupancy of the Facilities in exercising its rights under this paragraph. <br /> 4. Maintenance. Permittee agrees to maintain the Facilities and the equipment <br /> located thereon in a neat and attractive condition <br /> 5. Hold Harmless. Permittee hereby agrees to defend, indemnify, and save <br /> harmless City, its Council, boards, commissions, officers, employees and agents, from <br /> and against any and all claims, suits, actions liability, loss, damage, expense, cost <br /> (including, without limitation, costs and fees of litigation) of every nature, kind or <br /> F :Atty/Permits/Permit. 006 <br /> 091003 5 <br />
