We
are confident about the value we can bring to your project and welcome the opportunities to
work with you and your design team. We previously performed a preliminary geotechnical
investigation for the site and presented our preliminary geotechnical recommendations in our
November 1, 2002 report. We have prepared this agreement based on our previous work at
the site and in the area, and our discussions with you and the project architect, Mr. Brad Cox
of Anderson Brule Architects. This document will serve as our agreement to work together.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION Our mission is to add value
to your project through our
The site is presently a vacant property. Based on local geotechnical
knowledge and experience.
our discussions with Mr. Brad Cox, Senior
Associate of Anderson Brule Architects, Inc., two branch library buildings will be constructed.
The conceptual plan provided to us indicates the proposed buildings will be about to two
stories. Grading and structural loads are yet to be determined. We have assumed that
structural loads will be representative for this type of construction and that only minor
grading will be required. Associated parking, driveways, buried utilities and landscaping are
also planned.
LOCAL EXPERIENCE
Since 1969, Lowney Associates has provided geotechnical and environmental services for
more than 8,000 projects, including our previous work at the site and many projects near the
site.
