WORKERS' COMPENSATION Pursuarrt to Labor Code seation 1861, PublicStuff her+eby certifies that PublicStuff is awane of the prov�ions of Section 3700 of the Labor Code which reguir+e every employer to be insured against liabilih►for Wo�fcers' Compensation or to undertake self-insurance in accordance with the provisions of that Code, and PubticStuff will compiy with such provisions, and provide certific�tion of such campliance as a part of�is Agreement. 16. LWBILITY INSURANCE 16.1. PublicStuff shall,throughout the duration of this Agreement maintain comprehensive general liabilit�r and property damage insuranoe,or cornmer�cial general liability insurance,c�vering all operations of PublicStuff,its agents and emptoyees,perforrned in connecGon with this Agreement including but not limited to premises and automobile. 16.2 PublicStufF shall maintain liabil'ity insurance in the following minimum limits: Comarehensive General Liabilitv Insurance (bodily injury and property damage) Combined Single Limit Per Occurnence $1,000,000 General Aggr�egate $2,000,000* Commercial General Liabilitv Insuranoe (bodily injury and property damage) General limit peroccurrence $1,0OO,OQO General limit projed specific aggregate $2,000,000 'General aggregate per year, or part thereof, with respect to losses or other acts or omissions of PublicStuff under this Agree�ent 16.3 if c�overage is provided through a Commercial General Liability Insurance policy,a minimum of 50°� of each of the aggregate limits shall remain available at all times. lf over 50°�6 of any aggregate limit has been paid or �served, the CUENT may require sdditional coverage to be purchased by PublicStuff to restore the required limits. PublicStuif shall also notify the CUENT of ali losses or claims over$25,000 resut6ng from work perfortned under this ooMract, or any loss or daim against PublicStuff resu{ting from any of PublicStufP s work. 17.
