said City; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in order• to insure satisfactory performance __ <br /> by Subdivider of its obligations �nder Chapter 30 of the Code of <br /> the City of Redwood City, being the subdivision regulations of <br /> said City, and in consideratian of the approval of the tentative <br /> map (including the dedications contained therein) for this <br /> subdivision, and in accordance with the conditions of approval <br /> of the tentative map for this subdivision, the parties hereto do <br /> hereby agree as follows: <br /> l. Subdivider shall, at its own cost and expense, construct <br /> all of the improvements, furnish all the materials, .and do all <br /> the work hereinabove or hereinafter described, which shall be in <br /> accordance with, and as provided for in those certain plans <br /> • entitled "Ymprovement Plan - Hillcrest Way and Sunset Way, " ' <br /> and in accordance with, and as provided for in those certai_n <br /> specifications entitled "Standard Specifications - City of Redwood <br /> City - dated August, 1974 , " now on file in the office of the . <br /> Director of Public Works , � to which plans and specifications • <br /> reference" is hereby made and the same are �ereby incorporated herein <br /> as if fully set forth herein verbatim. Said improvements shall also <br /> be in strict compliance with the provisions of Chapter 30 of the <br /> Code of the City of Redwood City, being the subdivision regulations <br /> of said City. To the extent that a conflict exists between the <br /> plans and specifications and the aforementioned Chapter 30 of the <br /> Redwood City Code in regard to the standard for a particular <br /> improvement, the stricter. standard shall govern. In the event <br /> that the plans and specifications list an improvement to be <br /> � 2 <br />
