Director of Public Works before the release of any security <br /> called for herein. Reference� is hereby made to (a) that certain __ <br /> final map entitled, "Parcel Map No. 81-9 , " (b) those <br /> certain plans on file in the office of the Director of Public <br /> Works entitled, "Improvement P.lan - Hillcrest Way and Sunset Way, " <br /> and (c) those certain specifications entitled, "Standard <br /> Specifications - City of Redwood City - August, 1974 , " for <br /> a more particular description of the work and improvements generally <br /> outlined in this agreement; and said final map, plans and <br /> specifications referred to in this paragraph are hereby incorporated <br /> herein and made a part of this agreement by reference thereto. Upon <br /> completion of the aforementioned work, and prior to the release <br /> of any �security called for herein, Subdivider shall furnish City <br /> • with a complete set of plans and drawings showing the improvements <br /> in their actual or "as built" condition and location. Partial <br /> release of any security called for herein may be granted, at the <br /> discretion of City, in accordance with the provisions of Section <br /> 66499. 7 of the Government Code. • <br /> 9. �ubdivider agrees that if, within• a period of one (1) <br /> year after final acceptance of the� work done under this agreement, <br /> any improvement or part of any improvement furnished and/or <br /> installed or constructed or caused to be constructed by Subdivider, <br /> or any of the work done under this argeement, fails to fulfill <br /> any of the requirements of this agreement, or the plans and <br /> specifications referred to herein, Subdivider will upon receipt <br /> of a request in writing from City directing the work to be done, <br /> without delay and without any cost to City, repair or replace <br /> . 7 <br />
