A special fund to be knoVm as ` 'tINDEMNI�Y' FUND" is <br /> hereby created. Al1 monies received by the City as inder,uzity, <br /> reimbursement, or settlement f or the los s or damage of any City <br /> property, from an insurance company or from an� other source� shall <br /> be credited to the IND�.'�'INITY FUND. All monie s ma.intained in the <br /> INDENINITY FUND in accordance with the provisions of this section <br /> shall be expended for the sole purpose of, and are hereby appro- <br /> priated for, tY� repair or replacement of the particular damaged <br /> or destroyed City property for which st,�ch monies were received. <br /> SECTION 2. All monies not expended pursuant to the provisions <br /> oz Sec ti on 1 within s ix (6) montl.zs of the credit there of t o the <br /> INDEMNITY FUND shall be, and the same are hereby ordered, trans- <br /> ferred from the ITTDE`MNITY FLiI� to the unbudgeted, unappropriated <br /> reserve of the General Fund. <br /> SECTIOI�T 3. The Council may, by resolution, transfer at any <br /> time any monies deposited in the Il�TDE'NiNITY FUTt� pursuant to this <br /> section to the General Fund or to ang existing appropriated item. <br /> SECTION .
