<br /> Page 48, and a portion of Lot 12 as designated on that map entitled "Subdivision
<br /> of S�oeeny Ranch" recorded June 24, 1898, in Book C of Original Maps at Page 97;
<br /> all of said maps being recorded in the Offiae of the Recorder of 5an Mateo County,
<br /> California, said lands being more particularly described as follows:
<br /> BEGINNING at Che most easterly corner of Lot 36, Block 2, as designated on
<br /> that map entitled Friendly Acres Subdivision No. 2, recorded January 18, 1937 in
<br /> the Office of the Recorder of San Mateo County and filed in Book 21 of Maps aC
<br /> Page 32, 33 and 34; THENCE Southeasterly along a curve to the right of radius
<br /> 9796.91 (shown as 9797.5 on said map of Friendly Acres) an arc length of 13.00
<br /> feet to the easterly boundary of said Friendly Acres No. 2 Subdivision, said
<br /> easterly boundary also being the Corporate Limits of the City of Redwood City as
<br /> established by Ordinance No. 428 adopted October 2, 1939, said point also being
<br /> the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE, North 25°19'48" East (Shown as North 24°13'
<br /> East on said Map of Friendly Acres) along said Corporate City Limit Line a distance
<br /> of 20.00 feet; THENCE, Southeasterly along a curve to the right of radius 9816.91

<br /> 50°07'49" East; THENCE, leaving said southeasterly line of Marsh Road, along a
<br /> curve to the right of radius 353.00 feet, through a central angle of 89°13'04" an
<br /> arc length of 549.67 feet to a point, a radial line, to said point bears South
<br /> 40°39'07" East; THENCE, South 49°20'S3" West a distance of 238.94 feet; THENCE,
<br /> North 3°08'48" West a distance of 161.73 feet to the said Southeasterly line of
<br /> Marsh Road; THENCE, North 64°50'12" West a distance of 73.00 feet to the corporate
