The sum of four thousand dollars �$4, 000) is <br /> hereby appropriated from the unappropriated unbudr�eted balance <br /> of the General Fund for -che purpose oi repayment to the State <br /> of California, Division of Small Craft Harbors, of ai�y outstanding <br /> b�lance due and owing from the City of Redwood City to the State <br /> o�' Cali:cornia pursuant to that certain loan agreement entered <br /> into between said City and the State of California dated July 30, <br /> 1958, for planning in connection with development os the Redwoad <br /> City Municipal Marina. <br /> SECTION 3.
