<br /> ]5 and 76; THENCE continuing along the Corporate Limit Line as established by Ordinance
<br /> No. 428, South 64° 29' 30" East along a line 20.00 feet southwesterly, measured at
<br /> right a�gles, from said northeasterly line of Bay Road, a distance of 930 feet, mo�e
<br /> or less, to the centerline of Fifth Avenue, 70.00 feet in width as shown on said map
