(6) That none of the territory within the boundaries of the <br /> territory proposed to be annexed is owned by a junior college dis- <br /> trict; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Council duly met and convened at said time and <br /> place for the purpose of hearing and passing upon all protests to <br /> said proposed annexation, and also at the ti.me(s) and place(s) to <br /> which such hearing was continued, and did at the hearing in open <br /> public session ask for protests, if any, to the proposed annexation <br /> and gave all persons full opportunity to protest said annexation <br /> and received evidence relevant to such annexation; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Council at the time of said hearing found and <br /> determined that protests to the proposed annexation of the here- <br /> inafter described territory to the City of Redwood City had not <br /> been made by owners of one-half of the value of said territory as <br /> shown by the last equalized assessment roll of the County of San <br /> Mateo, California, nor by public owners equal to one-half of the <br /> value of pub lic property within said territory as said value has <br /> been determined by said Council; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Redwood City does <br /> hereby approve the annexation to the City of Redwood City of all <br /> the territory designated as "�9�d; i �er� Glen Annexation �� <br /> and hereinafter described, and does also hereby ordain that said <br /> territory be and is hereby annexed to the City of Redwood City. <br /> The above mentioned territory which is designated as " Cordilleras <br /> Glen Annexation <br /> " is all that territory situate in the <br /> County of San Mateo, State of California, descr.ibed as follows: <br /> -3- <br /> ... ..,..��,�,,,�„�,� <br /> �_.,�.;.�,��,_�w..__. .. . ..
