Sectioa 5 of the above mentioned 4rdinance <br /> LIo. 567 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "Section 5. The City Manager shall laave lines or markings <br /> painted or placed upoa the curb, riqht of v�ray or parking lot <br /> adjacent to each parking meter for the purpose of desiqnatinq <br /> the parking space for which said meter is to be used. It <br /> shall be unlawful and a �iolation of this ordinance to park <br /> any vehicle acress any such line or markiag or to park said <br /> vehicle in such position that the same shall not be entirely <br /> within the area so designated by such lines or marki.ngs." <br /> SEC�ION 28. Secticn l� of the above mentioned Ordinanee <br /> ATo. 567 is hereby ame�ded to read as follaws: <br /> "Section 12. It shall be the duty of eaeh police of- <br /> ficer to take the aumber of ar�y meter at which any vehicle <br /> is overparked, as provided in this ordinance; the State <br /> vehicle lieense of such veliicle; the time and date of such <br /> overparkinq, and the make of such vehicle; and issue, in <br /> writing, a citatioa for illegal parkiag in the same form and <br /> -7- <br />
