The permit may include such conditions relatinq <br /> to the matters specified i.a sttbdivision (a) through (e) of Sec- <br /> tion 9 as the Bnildiag Inspector finds appropriate. <br /> Any person aiolating the provisions of this section sliall be <br /> subject to the penaltieg prescribed by Section 17. <br /> SECTI�IJ 16. The term �building," as used in this ordinance, <br /> iacludes every building or stracture for which a bnilding permit <br /> would be necessary if it were being oo nstr�teted withia the City <br /> of Redwood City. <br /> The term "bnilding permit" shall �an building permits issued <br /> pursuant to the Redwood City Bnilding Code. <br /> SECTIOA 17. It shall be the duty of the Buildinq Inspector <br /> aad his authorized represen�atives to admisister the p=ovisicns of <br /> this ordinance. It shall be the duty of all other departmeats to <br /> fuaiish the Building Inspector with any necessary assistance. <br /> SECTION 18. Any person violating any of the provisions of <br /> this ordinance shall be deemed quilty of a misdemeanor and, upon <br /> co�viction thereof, shall be punished by a fine not exceedi.nq <br /> Five Hundred Dollars ($500) or by imprisonment in the Couaty Jail <br /> of the County of Saa Mateo, State of California, aot exceedinq one <br /> hundred and eighty days, or b� both such fine and imprison�nt. <br /> SECTION 19. Ordinance No. 691, entitled �An Ordinaaee <br /> Regulating the Moving of Bnildings in the City of Redwood City," <br /> adopted August l, 1949, is hereby repealed. <br /> SECTION 20.
