Redwood City; and (2y That on F�ruarY 20 , 19 61 , this Council did adopt its Resolution No. 3306 , �r�titled "Resolution o£ the Council of the City of Redwood City Giving Notice of, and D��laring its In- tention to, Initiate on its own Mo�ion Proceedings to Annex to said City Certain Uninhabitec� Territory; Describing s�id Territory and Designating it by the Name ' Pollei Anne�tion � ; Giving its Reasons for Desiring said Annexation; Making Certain Findings Respecting said Proceedings; and Giving Notice of the Time and Piace said Council will Hear Protests to said Annexation," wherein it gave notice of said proposed annexation, described said territory and designated it by the above mentioned nam�, made cer- tain findings respecting said proposal and gave notice of the time and place said Council would hear protests thereto; and (3) That less than twelve registered voters resided within said te rritory at the time the above mentioned resolution was adopted by this Council; and (4) That the City C lerk has caused a copy of said Resoiution No. 3306 to be published in the manner and within the time re- quired by law, and has also caused written notice of such proposed annexation to be mailQd to all persons or bodies to whom such notice is required by law to be g iven; all in the manner and time required by law; and (5) That this Council did in said Resolution No. 3306 set and designate April 17 , 19 61 , at the hour of 8:00 p.m. , in the Board of Supervisors ' Chambers, Hall of Justice and Recor ds, Redwood City, San Mateo County, California, as the day, hour, and place when and where said Council would hear protests against said annexation; and -2- ,�_. � _.,� r_..�.�..
