Appeal. Any person aggrieved by any act or <br /> determination of the Park Superintendent in the exercise of the <br /> authority herein granted shall have the right of appeal to the <br /> City Council of the City. whose decision, after public hearing <br /> of said matter, shall be f inal and conclusive. Such appeal shall <br /> be made in writing and shall be filed with the City Clerk within <br /> ten (10) days subsequent to the Park 5uperintendent' s action. <br /> SECTION 16. �Tiolations. Any person violating any of the <br /> provisions of this ordinance or failing to comply with them shall <br /> upon conviction thereof be punished by a fine not to exceed Five <br /> Hundred Dollars ($500.00) or by imprisonment not to ex�eed six <br /> (6) months, or both sueh fine and imprisonment. <br /> SECTION 17. Ordinance No. 153, adopted March 15, 1915, and <br /> entitled "An Ordinance to Prevent the Cutting, Breaking, Injuring <br /> and Removing of Trees, Shrubs and Flowers upon the Streets of <br /> the Tawn of :.�tedwood City,`F is hereby repealed. <br /> SECTI�N 18. If any section, subsection, sentence, clause <br /> or phrase of this ordinance is, for any reason, held to be invalid <br /> or unconstitutional by the decision of any court of competent <br /> jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the validity of the <br /> r�amaining portions of the ordinance. <br /> SECTION 19.
